John had analyzed and priced several all-natural and organic fertilizer products from numerous manufacturers. When he learned about Cow Wow, he was so excited that he initiated the study with Cow Wow's owner Leslie Hearne.

On May 17th, a solution of 4-6 ounces of Cow Wow to 1 gallon of water was sprayed on a test area. The 200 square foot area of nutrient poor soil had St. Augustine grass and a proliferation of weeds. After just three days, the results were amazing. Cow Wow works because the dairy cow manure that is used to manufacture the product is 100% natural and it provides the perfect combination of micro- and macro-nutrients. It's immediately absorbed upon application, eliminating any runoff and waste. The area is quickly becoming thicker, greener and healthier and there's no manure odor.

Country World News | Farmer Hopes to Expand Business

One of the biggest challenges when he and his family moved to the Yellow House property five years ago was working with soils that tend to be thin and rocky.
